In case any of you were planning to make the hearing, as we were, according to the Clerk of the Court today, the hearing set on 03-20-09 is going to be by telephone conference instead of being held in the courtroom, stating that some of the attorneys couldn't make it.

Will this EVER end? How can they actually let HLA play this games with parents and LIE all the time. I am appalled that this is till going on. HLA should have been stopped years ago. They have actually been allowed to get away with dishonesty for years.

Now taking bets on whether or not they have "phone problems". Are they delaying or do they just not want physical evidence in the courtroom?

I am actually shocked that the lies and deception have been allowed to continue for years. I wish that current parents of children  at HLA would listen to the rest of us parents that could give them the truth about what all goes on there. I know these are desperate parents wanting to believe that HLA will cure their troubled teen, but that does not happen at all.  Most parents finally take off their rose colored glasses and start to see what actually goes on there, and by that time...they are out of alot of money.

I wouldn't say most, but some....yes.

   Uh.....yeah....not to mention the psychological damage done to the child, but I guess that's a secondary concern for parents.
