psh. kids outside of programs regularly get ignored when they cry abuse. what makes you think that kids inside won't? the only time kids are listened to about this sort of thing seems to be if the authorities get a hard-on for nailing the perp. Check out the wonderful track record most CSAs around the country have at protecting the children under their "supervision." Many abused kids complain, or reports of abuse are made by neighbors, yet it still seems to take years before kids are discovered in cages in someone's garage. And people are surprised?
