TheWho Begs Psy to Out Ajax for AARC Lawsuit!
« on: August 18, 2008, 01:42:07 PM »
Quote from: "TheWho"
Psy, If that really is AARC they have a legitimate beef.  It is clear that you are not able to see both sides of the issue.  Imagine if you owned a construction business you are trying to make successful and you had someone questioning your ability publically.  Even though you have a degree, they questioned whether or not you ever attended class.  They attacked your school saying it was unaccredited when it in fact was.  Telling people that the house you built for him fell down.  This person made up lies about the health of your employees and their spouses, placing this information on the internet.  Tried to discredit you thru manipulating your published statistics of success and trying to discredit the people who conducted and put together the numbers.

On top of all of this, this person refused to reveal themselves choosing to cower in the shadows instead of discussing their concerns face to face.

Wouldn’t you want to talk to this person?

And the who can go fuck himself, along with AARC.  I believe I made that clear in this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=25728#p313517

As for Ajax, I would strongly recommend he NOT contact AARC for the reasons made clear in the above linked thread.  I would also he recommend he not stop speaking the truth about the place publicly.  The only thing worse than a lawsuit is the chilling effects surrounding one.  Programs cannot learn that slapp suits or threats are an acceptable tactic to shut people up.

It is clear why many of the intention of posters get miss understood here, WOW!!.  I never mentioned slapp suits or lawsuits.  I was curious as to why Ajax spent several weeks here on fornits asking questions when he could have just contacted AARC directly and asked them.
From a business perspective I have always found it easier to resolve issues like this directly.  Someone could have explained the study to him or directed his question to someone at Hazelden.  Contact the Union Institute to see if and when they were accredited etc.

Why escalate it to the point where there has to be a lawsuit or talking from the shadows.  Doesnt make any sense unless the day in court is what he wants and maybe that is what I am missing.  I just never have seen someone try to seek answers in this manner before..... like asking General motors questions about your Ford pick-up... why not go directly to the Ford dealership?
I think it is a little late now and I would agree that it is not in Ajaxs best interest to contact AARC.  But you have to admit its a little dumb, not only is Ajax not satified with the answers he got from his questions but he has to go hide somewhere.  Talk about lose lose situation.  Someone needs to sit down with that boy.

Society would be better served by euthanizing teens who lack the mental ability to grasp the simple concepts of a good program.  My daughter's IQ is 130+, which enabled her to excel in assimilating the positive life skills ASR made available to her.  Fornits "survivors" are angry about their intellectual shortcomings, which prevented them from succeeding in the programs their loving families placed them in.  You were all too mentally inferior to grasp the simple and life saving lessons your programs offered.  Kids who are smarter and more perceptive than you bitter "survivors" shouldn't be denied the exceptional opportunity to grow that a therapeutic boarding school provides.  Sorry all of you failed, but let the best and brightest have their chance to grow and learn in an RTC.  The experience could alter their lives and keep them from becoming like...all of you on Fornits.

Look thewho, give it up, they are never going to give you a straight answer because they know you are right.  They will rewrite your posts and try to make it look like they are answering you when in fact they are not.  Any normal person would have approached AARC first, like you said, called the police, 911 etc. but you are dealing with a bunch of asses who don’t want to talk about anything or have a credible discussion.  Then when the GAO passes them by they scratch their heads.  They avoid direct dialog like the plague and just post to make all programs look bad, ajax’s postings over the past few weeks give you an indication that very few are interested in what others have to say.  You are wasting your time, plus you should really give some thought to getting a life yourself.

Yea, guess I got sucked in again.  If you read back it does looks like Ajax was trying to get answers to his questions.  It is hard to differentiate between those who are sincere and looking for answers and someone just trolling a program in an attempt to make them look bad.

WAY TO GO TheWho

and what an incredible fault on the volley by 'psy'. He/she realy had no come back on that one other than . . ."go fuck themselves"!!!!!!!!!!!!!   roflmao
Fact of the matter is that The Who is speaking to people who are a drain on society and have never had the ambition or capacity to run a sucessful business. Hence, they are useless to try to engage in a mature worthwile discussion. No expereince, no education and certainly nothing positive to contribute on anything to anyone. Just dead set on exhorting BS about others who legitimately help others and are recognized for their efforts via cash, awards and hundreds of grateful people WHO WOULD drop everthing to give bacd to an organization that has had such a positive affect on their lives. ::deadhorse::

Oh , I would never say it is too late. I doubt AARC or Vause would  refrain from answering all his questions. I really doubt there is some kind of resentment on 'their' part. So, resolving his/her grievanes face to face is surely how they would handle it. The thing is - VINNY is not mature enough and wants his wife to remain a victim. He also does not want to admit he is wrong. He has way to much invested in the lies. If it gets ressolved his job iwth her would be done and he would be .  .. obsolete!

Oh, please you were right to start with - Vinny could make the calls and get the truth just like me and anyone else. For what ever reason he won't and is challenged in any kind of research - i.e whether Vause played on the Swift Current Broncos

You people suggesting he call AARC for the answers to his questions CANNOT be serious!!!!  You really believe they'd admit to the shit that goes on in there?  ROFLMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

Just like all the HRS inspections of Straight and Newton.  Kids reported abuse, HRS "investigated" (asked Newton if he did anything wrong), believed whatever the good "Dr." told them and then the kids who called HRS were severely punished for their transgression of questioning the program and its leader.

Well lets step back a little.......Ajax's Question about the union institute being accredited.  Instead of posting for several weeks that it was not accredited and then challenging people to prove it was and when it was.  He could have just called the institute and gotten the answer he needed and saved himselve weeks of inquiries.  The same with the statistical questions.  He could have contacted Hazelden or a local university that teaches stats to get answers to his questions instead of spreading false information.  Then on top of that making medical diagnosis on people who work there?  It is very bazaar behavior to say the least.  Many of us tried to point him in the right direction for his answers and tried to answer them ourselves.  But each time we did he made up more lies.  If I was AARC I would want to know who this person is also.  All of us would if it were you he was talking about.

It's much more effective when you engage people, pose questions and have them think and find answers on their own.  It's a new concept called critical thinking.  You might want to look into it.
