Well if the experiment went south on their control, there would be no one on the outside who would believe it. They would just chalk it up to the person getting further into a state of delusion and prescribe more meds.

Just google MKUltra........ It's been going on for years.

Not possible, everyone knows that the CIA only tests mind control experiments on the poor, oppressed, minorities, and handicapped.  They prefer orphan children from countries like Ethiopia or Somalia, but will settle for the less mind-control-able breeds such as European or Venezuelan.  DUH!
