2nd District Court of Appeals in Florida has agreed to hear oral arguments regarding Bradbury's appeal of the injunction in the Penis Pump case.
 
The arguments will be heard on March 04, 2008.

2nd District Court of appeals is located in central Florida.  Polk County, Florida.

01-31-08 Bradbury appeal: oral arguments to be heard at Stetson
The Sembler's dropped the remainder of their case against Ray Bradbury in Dec. 2006 with the exception of their injunction. Bradbury appealed the injunction to the Second District Court of Appeals. His initial brief was filed at brief. On Nov. 28, 2007 the Semblers filed an answer brief. On Jan. 3, 2008 Bradbury filed an Appellant's Reply Brief. Oral arguments will be heard by Tom McGowan and Lenny Englander at Stetson Law School in Tampa at 0830 on March 4.
