"The AARC program costs much less than the alternatives for an addicted teen.
Incarceration for 1 year $99,600
Institutional placement for 1 year $80,000
Hospitalization for 1 year $396,000"
Apparently no other alternatives are possible.  "Trust me, I'm a Doctor"
