Yes.  I saw it.  So.  If she wants to make herself looks intolerant, vindictive, and just completely fucking nuts, far from me to interfere.

Sue's engaging in defamation.  How can she sue any of the people she's posted her "satires" about?  How is posting where you live "satire"?  Scheff is hiding behind satire like programs hide behind clinical necessity.

Word to the wise - do a *screen capture* (or multiple) of the offending blogs - that way if they alter it, you have verifiable proof.

& now, calling something a satire, will someone off the hook. Uh, i don't think so. But I'd send these blogs on to her lawyer. Give them notice.

It also indicts the blogger's moral character, who would satirize another person in a derogatory, mean-spirited way.

Anyway, these industry types are their own worst enemy. They accuse survivors of raging, but deep down they are supremely unhappy and unleash their toxicity on anyone who deviates from their way of thinking/behaving. They blame their kids for "ruining their life" - ah, whatta load...

we don't live in a police state yet.

So, take your idle threats some where else.

perhaps, some posters or readers are in the child welfare agencies. it's their job to look into these matters.

It's also against the law to threaten civil/state/federal workers. Be careful of who you threaten. Because, you have no clue where I work, and I wouldn't threaten (even anon) if I were you - just a small piece of advice, pal.

I'm not so sure that was a threat - but rather someone who might have had personal experience with such a thing happening?  I agree though - one would want to be very careful about contacting someone's employer for purposes of furthering their own personal agenda.  Alot has changed in the past few years.  We are in what some might call the AFTER WHITMORE (a.w.) era.  :oops:
