Sexual Aggression and Firesetting: Jane Addams Program

Our Jane Addams treatment program is designed to serve girls who have histories of sexual aggression and firesetting. The program integrates individual, group, and family therapies using a relational approach. The treatment is based on the development of emotion regulation skills, healthy relationships and boundaries, and the development of a healthy identity.
The program is housed in a state-of-the-art facility, which was constructed in 1994 and won a national award for outstanding design and functionality in a health care facility. The specialization for fire setters received The Massachusetts Coalition of Juvenile Firesetter Intervention Programs’ annual Clinical Community Service Award in 2004.
