Pity for the Who
« on: November 15, 2007, 10:19:52 AM »
This guy claims he's just a dad, then mentions he has a fiduciary interest in Aspen... I always assume he's just a shill...

But, can you imagine if he's really just a program parent? How sad that would be?

Maybe we should have a pity party for him.  Being a mere program parent is only one step up from being a program survivor.

Being a mere program parent is one step up from being a concentration camp guard.

No doubt, but can u imagine spending all your time here, if you really "just want to give people" another side of things. It's just sad.

I mean, imagine your dad doing it....

Where?  I've always suspected as much but didn't see him admit to it.

When is this supposed to take place?

Well the  announcement takes place after the lawyers sign off on the deal, but they usually wait until the transfer is ready to take place.
The legal transfer typically takes place at the beginning of the new quarter (or fiscal year).
So based on this I would expect the announcement would come at anytime and the transfer could occur on Tuesday October 1, 2007 or early January 2008.

...

How is it that you are in a position to have knowledge about the acquisition of HLA?

I apologize for being vague, I have a fiduciary duty which prevents me from speaking in any specific terms in this area and can only comment on information which is first made public by either party involved,  this could be misconstrued as “Tippingâ€

A fiduciary duty is not the same as a financial interest.  He could be representing them as an investment banker, financial advisor, attorney or otherwise.  A fiduciary owes a duty of confidentiality and trust.

Even using the examples you provided, there is still money going into the pocket whether it be directly from the facility, or indirectly coming from his employer.
