Wonder if Sue-Sue has a clue if any suvivors or parents might have shared her name and the company name PURE in their possible complaints of alleged abuse to GAO investigators?

I intend to be active in the development of such policy and work with the GAO.

She could start with providing them a list of the programs she refers to that have lawsuits filed against them.

Hidden Lake Academy, after operating 12 years unlicensed will now be monitored by the state. Access information on the Federal Class Action lawsuit against HLA here: http://www.fornits.com/wwf/viewtopic.php?t=17700

Yes, Sue -- Please do contact the GAO though I think they have already finished their investigation into the tragic death of Katie Lank, the child whose parents YOU reportedly referred to the now-defunct Red Rock Ranch Academy according to your statement in the WWASPS v. PURE transcript.

Read the GAO report to learn more about the circumstances surrounding Katie's death.  It's absolutely heartbreaking.

Hey Sue Scheff - be sure to tell the GAO Investigators all about Focal Point Academy where you referred the Green famiy.  Remember them? The family who filed a lawsuit against you, your friend, Boyd, and the owner of Focal Point Academy, OK?

There's currently:
            Focal Point Academy, NV
            Whitmore Academy,  Utah

Harbor Oaks Boarding School in NC is under investigation by the State of NC.

Any others?

In this current GAO blog, Scheff states:

Quote
I offer sympathy to the families that have been affected by any ill treatment

Wanna bet the Whitmore parents would say "NOT" after reading Scheff's 3 editions of her disgusting, lie-filled Whitmore Blogs?

Would Congressman Miller, his panel, and the GAO Investigators find these Whitmore Academy blogs to be the work of a "sympathetic" person?

I am joined by other industry professionals

Is Scheff possibly up to her old tricks?
Has Scheff become credentialed on some professional level?
Has Scheff earned some type of college degree, finally?
Has Scheff earned some type of professional license?
What "industry professionals" are joining her?

I am not sure what purpose this would serve.  It is never good business to bring up lawsuits or associate lawsuits with any product you are trying to sell.  People tend to back away.

For instance if you were selling cars for a living and the couple you were presently showing around decided on a Honda Accord and during the process you mentioned that a couple from California purchased the exact same car and were decapitated on their way home and the extended family is presently suing Honda for faulty breaks and there is another lawsuit pending for a faulty “Air bagâ€
