You say, "my kid". Do you have any type of custody? If the mom has physical custody, there may not be a whole lot you can do without the help of a lawyer. If you share custody, then go ask to speak to your child. If they refuse, call the cops. If they let you talk to your child, ask her about the strip search.
It is a crime for unqualified adults to supervise, direct, order, etc... minors to strip search minors, and anyone who is not carrying a search warrant or has a paper signed by a judge ordering the search, should be charged with an illegal strip search(es) ASAP. Either way, according to recent former clients of this program, the first thing that happens to kids when they are put in the program is for the peer staff and/or the new client's oldcomer to strip search them. The verbal, psychological, physical etc... abuse soon follows...
