True about the Bush family, but there are a lot of cool musicians from TX... too many to name, really.... Janis, Buddy Holly, Roky Erikson, The Butthole Surfers, etc, etc...

yes, the whole south, not that everyone there is bad, but the southern ethos....All I'm saying, is when the zombie plague finally hits, it'll be hard to tell the difference down in the confederacy

I have my own reasons, one added reason is b/c the bush family is from texas, though.
I lived in texas for a time and hated every single minute of it. There was nothing to do there, but I was out in the middle of nowhere, called witchita falls , texas.....a real dustbowl of a place...horrible time!
I was not a kid at the time, I was a young adult.

Wichtah falls is where Dr Phil is from. Say what you will about the rightwing politics and he obsession with guns, the Texan accent is delightful and the steak most excellent :wink:
