Big Ern is Above the Law!
« on: September 21, 2007, 01:26:51 PM »
Once again, All About Receiving Cash has proven to operate with complete contempt for the laws of our land.  In total disregard to the conditions of court orders, AARC will keep juvenile offenders at host homes.  Release conditions that stipulate curfews for the children requiring the children to be in the care of their guardians at curfew time are simply ignored.  The host home parents are not guardians, and neither is the Wizard.  This little game has gone on for over a decade, with our favorite judge complicit.
One must ask why a judge would refer a defendant to her religious organization in lieu of other forms of sentencing.  One must also ask if that judge is not in conflict when the parents of the defendant must pay 50k a year to that religious organization.  As to the ethics issue of the judge's husband being the physician of choice for the religious organization, that is another can of worms.
The whole thing stinks, although not as much as the Wizard's cologne.

Tell me again how AARC is different from Straight?

It never ends.  This is exactly what Straight did.   What can you expect from a program modeled after Straight, the director 'trained' by Miller Newton, phases, earning the 'right' to speak to your parents, confrontation, isolation, humiliation?

AARC is Straight is SAFE is Pathway is LIFE is Growing Together is DFAF.  Nothing will change its roots, nothing will change the fact that Vause was 'trained' by Newton.

The more boring a child is, the more the parents, when showing off the child, receive adulation for being good parents-- because they have a tame child-creature in their house.  ~~  Frank Zappa
