Why was the who allowed back onto the board?

As a convicted sex offender he is apparently not allowed to go on road trips to programs because there are youth involved so can the moderators please explain why he is allowed to post here?
Parents who read his program advertisements for Aspen may actually take his advice. he has chased many good posters off the board with his bullshit spamming.

HE has repeatedly made up lies (remember his bogus charts anyone?) and spams the board anon with his bullshit

So why was he reinstated?

TheWho donated a large sum of money to fornits, and then he was reinstated. Fornits admin claim the two are not related, but I am suspicious.. i guess its true, everyone has their price..

This is the forum that spawned a rumor that web diva was actually a Three Springs Employee and I was still living in Alabama. Apparently I was running the forum on the behest of my "boss" web diva.

The who did not donate any sum of money that I am aware of.  Ginger would know for sure, but i seriously doubt it. If it is true ginger owes me some money!  :D  Seriously.  This shit is absurd.  Where did you get this information from?  I suggest you get proof.

While your intentions are noble, you ultimately can't 'patrol the borders' of fornits like that. There are too many ways to get in or around a banned IP address. Besides, then everyone would :cry2: that the fornits admins are nazis, etc.

Instead of attempting to ban TheWho, why not start an informative "sticky" thread? This thread would cite TheWho's program advertisements for Aspen and whatever else, giving the low-down to new people. It could be set up so that admins only could post on it...just a thought.

I think that is a good idea.. Ha, Ha, Ha.. we must remember to ensure that standards apply equally for everyone. Otherwise it isn't  "Fair", and if we are going to shut down this abusive industry together we need to agree on the ground rules.

Someone is posting that the who's (allegedly) a convicted sex offender, apparently guilty of abusing a child.  If that's the case, he has no right to be here, he's a threat to teens posting.
