There's a connection betwen Sue Scheff and Boyd Hooper who have been charged in the Focal Point lawsuit with Bernie Farrow (former counselor at Whitmore Academy, among other abusive facillities that Scheff referred to) and Isabelle Zehnder.

a telephone conversation, also my friend was told he had impeccable
credentials.  When I followed up on this, a friend that has been in the industry for years said,"I never heard of him"..Then I found him..He moves alot.  thank you for this important reminder!

Yep "DR" Bernie does seem to make the rounds in this unregulated teen help industry.
Fired at Cedar Mountain Academy for credentials violations.
Lost that job at Whitmore Academy when it closed down amid abuse allegations and the owner Cheryl Sudweeks copping her plea in the criminal trial.
Went to Integrity House in Beaver, Utah; and this facility quickly ended up on HEAL's watclist; and Bernie lands at Harbor Oaks, NC.
Could have been some stops in-between.
Surely Sue Scheff would know about that - since she and "DR" Bernie seem to stick real close together.

Guess none of these facility bother checking that PhD license, huh?

No.  One can know that for a fact.

Isabelle Zehnder told me on the phone she helped take a girl out of Carolina springs and put her into Harbor Oaks (was that another "only one" Isabelle?  I thought the "only one" came out of TB? ::roflmao:: ).  She mentioned that Sue Scheff referred there. (I was gonna stick this in the next blog entry... but why not.)

Ok.  So Shamoo says that it's a really wonderful place, and that she checked it out real good (remember Whitmore).  When I asked for details, she said that she had called the place up on the phone and talked to two girls (remember what i've said about peer reporting) who just loved the place to death.  She said that she could hear the laughter of children in the background (remember what she said about Cherly Sudweeks and all those warm, fuzzy pictures on her blog).  I asked her if there were staff in the room listening to the call. She said "of course not".  I was going to ask whether or not it was a videophone but decided to let her continue blathering (while I took notes).

Nah... She didn't mention much else about the school (as i can recall at the moment).  I have my notes on it in the states i'll check when I get back.

Psy, you may not be aware of this about the pictures that Isabelle Zehnder/Sue Scheff published on these Whitmore Academy BLOGS.  These women posted pictures of children, who were victims in the criminal case against Cheryl Sudweeks; and who are currently plaintiffs in the civil case that is pending against the Sudweeks and Whitmore Academy in those BLOGS.

I wouldn't believe that either Zehnder, or Scheff   have  permission to be publishing pictures of these victims/plaintiffs; and I'd be very interested in knowing where Zehnder and Scheff got these pictures. I would be enraged; and would be contacting an attorney, if my daughter's picture was splattered throughout these outrageous BLOGS.

I was told by Sue Scheff on the telephone early this year, that the suit against Whitmore and the Sudweeks was based upon the lies of one child.

Sue Scheff definitely was 'suggesting' Harbor Oaks' in 2007.  She recommended the place because a "reknown" PHD Bernie Farrow
had taken a position there.  I was alarmed as there were very few
children,  and it looked like a "Mom and Pop" production.  Everyone was married to each other...red flag went up..I told the person I was
counseling to run.  Plus, no one in the industry knew anything about it.

Eldridge charged Cheryl Sudweeks with ABUSING 4 children.

Reminds me of her testimony in the WWASP vs PURE transcript, when she was testifying about a rape at Soronsen't Ranch--one of Scheff's favorite places to referr kids to--- and made a statement about everyone making mistakes.  As if raping a child was a "mistake?"
