good luck with the lawsuit. no lawyer in his right mind would take it. plus, it will look even worse for you, considering you are the one getting sued at the moment, for doing exactly what the site parodies. as far as any statements e.g the wiki cnp'd one, i can testify to that [along with anyone else who attended/attends hla] in court.
you cant use the hate defense. we are not "hating" you because of your ethnic backround, color, etc. (which is what the law applies to) we hate you because of your actions. we hate you just as much as any victim would hate a perpetrator. so we do not engage in hate speech, we do not condone any acts of violence, we are not radicals. we have adequate firsthand knowledge about the subject to be regarded as an accurate source. and we have adequate reasons to not like you and state it publicly, and probable cause to counter-sue if you so happen to decide to take this all the way to court.
