Buzzkill, I recall that POST being made about Sue Scheff's daughter "being dead" too. I certainly don't recall this post being made in some taunting, mean-sprited way of trying to scare Sue Scheff.
I believe this POST was on a Whitmore thread.
People were posting about Scheff; and an ANON came on-line and posted, saying something to the effect: "Stop posting about Sue Scheff, don't you realize her daughter just died?"
I'm sure those aren't the exact words..
Fornits posters reacted with shock, and concern; and someone asked if this was true, or not?
Eventually, it was verified that Sue Scheff's daughter was not dead.
I too, hope this POST can be found; and that the poster can be identified.
Scheff's statement on 20/20 seemed to give the impression that the "postings about her daughter's death on Fornits" were numerous; and that this was an on-going event; that was done in some attempt to either humiliate or terrorize Scheff in someway. I y recall that it was ONE POST; and that the issue of whether or not her daughter was dead, or not, was resolved rather quickly.
I also agree that Scheff's interview on 20/20 did not clarify WHO Scheff was accusing of making this postings about her daughter.
It did appear that Scheff was accusing Carey of this , IMO.
