1998.  You might be able to pull it up on the police blotter, not sure if they have info back to 98, but certainly you can order a copy of the report if you know what district office it was filed at.

Ooops, seems Scheff has "her own family secrets" surfacing doesn't it? First, that abuse allegation agaiinst her own daughter; now  domestic violence  with some guy?  1998 huh?

Could this possibly be why Scheff pulled her daughter out of that WWASP program early?  Was her daughter "revealing family secrets about her mother and this Rose guy, or something like that?"   Possibly "Secrets" that this mother may not have wanted revealed?

Anyone know the age of Joshua Rose in 1998; or why he would be referred to as Sue Scheff's "ex-jiggilo" boyfriend?  
A "Gigolo" is defined as "a young man paid by an older woman to be her escort or lover."

Filing "domestic violence" against an "employee" seems a bit strange IMO.

I know this isn't appropriate to the gigolo question, but domestic abuse has become more wide-sweeping in it's scope.  For example, pimps now face the prospect of domestic abuse charges if they assault the prostitutes who "work" for them.

And I'll leave that one wide open to snickering speculation.

Perhaps this Rose guy was totally innocent; since the case was dismissed.
Scheff does seem to have a problem with truth-telling;  the court  sure didn't appear to resolve this little alleged conflict of Scheff's, did it?

There could have been a couple different scenerios as to why the court did not proceed.  I won't speculate.  Waiting to see what Psy comes up with.

Well...  There is a seperate civil case against Joshua Rose by Sue Scheff for damages 2.5k-5k.
I wonder if the little birdie I know can get the information on how that case went.

Other than that, I'm contacting a few people who might know something about this who were on trekkers.  I think I remember something from trekkers about sue being upset with somebody for bringing this case up before.  Well.  If it's a touchy subject, let's start poking.

So instead of going against him in a criminal case, the jew cow decided to get some green backs out of him civily?  Interesting.  Now we know how she makes more of her money.  This cow must have nothing better to do than sit in court all day, screw the fact that she claims to be a professional activist, she's a fucking professional sue happy sue-Sue.

The thing about her suits, she must have someone there in Florida who is on her side.  Change the fucking venue and see what happens.  Hint hint for those of you thinking of suing her.

Sue-Sue didn't "win" the domestic violence case against Joshua Rose, it was dismissed.  Her bid for an Injunction for Protection appears to have been rejected due to  the burden of proof not being met as reported on the Broward website. Seemingly, the evidence presented was insufficient.
