Advocate infighting just helps Programs

The infighting among individual advocates, advocate organizations, etc. seems to have really stepped up recently. Who does this benefit? Teens? Parents? Advocates? How about none of the above?

But the Program owners & supporters have got to be loving this. It makes their jobs easy -- just let the movement self-destruct from within. That's a common tactic authorities use against criminal organizations -- plant the seeds of doubt and distrust, and watch the individuals all turn on each other.

Whoever posted the thing about The Life of Brian, with the comical infighting between the Judean People's Front vs. the Judean Liberation Front, etc. hit the nail on the head.

It's the GAO investigation.

Imagine, if you will, a recently-dead elephant on the Serengeti discovered by several hyena packs at once. Of course they're going to push each other out of the way to get to the fresh meat, with the occasional claw or light bite, with some territorial posturing.

Chill out, guys. There's more than enough for everybody.

With all the guests running around here, I wouldn't be surprized if there were some program staff posting here deliberately trying to divide the movement and turn people against each other.

They're not smart enough for that. Izzy and Sue try occasionally, but it's obvious and fails instantly.

Paranoia about that does more damage than they know how to do.

I wouldn't discount the intelligence of the pro-program forces. A very recent example was the posting of contact info for a GAO official who specifcally requested it not be made public. Do you really think that was done by an advocate? More likely it was done by an Ed Con or a program staffer or owner who wants to make sure this GAO official gets really ticked off -- at all the wrong people.

Does Mr. K. Palicz have an further comments about his grotesque alliance with Izzy?

Gabba Gabba you seem rather intelligent. However I believe you are missing the point. Mr. Palicz in has sold out and stopped being an activist the very moment he knowingly allied himself with Isabelle Zehnder.

This isn't infighting. You have to be an activist for it to be infighting. I for one won't blindly toddle along whistling the theme song to the Wizard of Oz whilst giving myself a ruddy good reach around pretending that everything is just bloody fucking dandy.

Neutralizing the threat the NYRA and KPalicz represents to the children via their alliance with CAICA is activism. You may consider it a poor use of time, but consider the children sent to these so called "lessor abusive" programs. Perhaps that could be avoided if Mr. K. Palicz acted like a real activist and wasn't willing to compromise his morals.

I have read your posts both on Fornits and Cafety.
You said you would "investigate" the Whitmore Academy situation.
Have you done that?
Have you read the Whitmore Academy Blogs written by Isabelle Zehnder and Sue Scheff?

Are you aware that Zehnder and Scheff's Whitmore blogs defend the defunct Whitmore Academy?  Have you investigated why this facility is closed?
Have you determined why Zehnder and Scheff are defending and praising the Sudweeks, who have broken laws in three countries; while these two women bash the Whitmore parents and their children who were victims at Whitmore academy?

Mark Sudweeks was found guilty of extreme felony animal cruelty in Canada.  He lost his appeal and was fined over $100,000; and he was banned from owning animals in Canada FOR LIFE.

The Sudweeks, along with several "students" were evicted from Mexico for running a school without a license and for visa violations.

Cheryl Sudweeks accepted a Plea Bargain in the Whitmore Academy criminal case; and she is banned from operating a facility in Juab County FOR LIFE.

You praise Isabelle Zehnder as an advocate; and that is your choice to do so.  But, Zehnder has not proven to be an "advocate" for the children of Whitmore Academy; or their parents.

I have posted about the lies that Zehnder and Scheff have written about me in these Whitmore blogs.  It is my understanding that the other Whitmore parents are are involved in the civil case against the Sudweeks/Whitmore Academy are under court orders that they can not post on public forums to defend themselves against these disgraceful blogs written by Zehnder and Scheff .
I speak only for myself; and I do not consider Isabelle Zehnder to be an advocate for children.

Isabelle Zehnder refers children to programs, by her own admissions..

IMO, Izzy is just a bored housewife that has very grand illusions about her own demeanor.  She's totally nuts and needs to be committed to a PROGRAM!

As near as I can tell, there is no infighting among the groups.  They all seem united in their distain for The Scheff and Zehnder show.
