Normally I would prefer more visitation hours than only Saturday and as one of my relatives were in a public treatment program, they also had chores like making coffee and set the table for lunch and dinner unless they were in too bad shape.
But if it is true that they are picky with whom they let into the program, they can run it with success. Analysing who is getting into group therapy with who is the key to success.
In the case with my relative, they had two or two hour-long conversations with doctors and other two with socialworkers before my relative could enter the intense out-patient program after being sent home from the in-patient program.
Eventually the patient is going back to the home and often it is important that the hometown with the unemployment office (In Denmark it is located at the City hall. All - normal unemployed and people coming back from hospital is cared for by the people in the City hall.) does not waste time because it could worsen the illness if the hospital just dump the patient after treatment. So the hospital informs the city hall, so they know what they have to work with.
But a hidden address lights the alarm. Without exact address it would be impossible to get a satellite image just to verify if the location is what they claim it is.
