These parents are hoping they don't have vindictive kids who stick them in abusive old folks homes, yes this is what happens to most program parents, karma always has a way of finding you in the end.

Yeah.  I know the guy who runs that site.  He makes bulletin boards for various programs.  He contacted me shortly after I started SP.  He's actually a survivor from Samoa who went on to work for WWASP, managing their BBS...  His mom did some newletter for WWASP.  In any case, the guy is totally brainwashed.  I think I scared him off a bit when i told him frankly where to stuff it if he was trying to ally himself with me, sell me something, or push his product anywhere near my board.

Edit: I can probably dig up the emails and stuff.  I also have a phone conversation.  He knew I was recording the call so it's consentual.  I can post it...  maybe, maybe not.  He is a survivor, and there wasn't anything incriminating on him anyway.  He seemed like a nice guy... a bit misguided...  Somehow he thinks he is going to help the kids by facilitating easy communication between the STAFF and PARENTS.

I see Glenda (IKUTA) Gabriel is still "out there" messing around in the lives of children and parents.

In case there are some who don't know who this lady is .. she is the former editor of THE SOURCE, the WWASPS produced propaganda mouth piece.

Her son has been involved in program escorts, too, IIRC.

Glena Gabriel also is associated with Dore Francis, the ed con, family coach.

Randy Cook.

Poor kid.  Force fed on WWASPS programs vis a vis his mother's employment.

Reminds me of some other kids whose parents are involved with WWASPS like  Greg Pretzfield - former inmate of Paradise Cove who also got involved in transport industry after release (oops, graduation).

Mother is Lynn Pretzfield, Sue Scheff's nemesis and main WWASPS referral competitor.

Randy and Greg - not well liked or respected by survivors for obvious reasons.

What might be those reasons?  Keep in mind, I don't know much about this individual other than talking to him on the phone.... To me... He seemed really really drunk on kool-aid.  He thinks he is doing the right thing.  He worked with Ken Kay personally, and was telling me what a great guy he was...  It was pretty heartbreaking actually.  I wonder who he was before program... Past the drugs and all...  Who was he?

As far as I remember... She did it to pay for the program he was in... to "save his life".  What else can he do but be grateful?

Some kids actually physically STAY at the facility and work for WWASPS programs, so as pathetic as this kid is, it could be worse. He could be physically abusing kids still like some poor fucking kid turned graduate turned staff is doing.

I agree psy - it's a tragedy.

Koolaid Intoxication and Greed seem to go hand and hand.

Putting down the koolaid would be the first step but without some serious intervention by cult experts to unravel the indoctrination, I don't think it's likely either of these young men will be liberated.

There are plenty of sellouts in any program. Normally they stop after leaving the program though...
