That's Isabelle Zehnder, OWNER, FOUNDER of CAICA.
Zehnder refers parent to Sue Scheff /PURE; and to Sunrise Adolescent Transport---which is owned by Julie Thompson.
Julie Thompson is a former Admissions Coordination for TEEN HELP,WWASP.

Isabelle Zehnder appears fat, not obese in this picture, but that's just my opinion.

anybody else notice that she is not actually on the beach.. Unless she is literally the size of a whale, nobody casts a shadow that big.. plus, the lighting doesn't match and nobody would use a flash at the beach.  Probably had it taken at wallmart.

It's also noticeable that she hides her eyes with tinted glasses in the picture she shows other people. Must not want us to see her lying eyes?
