Isn't Johnny Ringo the same person who called Lacey a "wench" and claimed Deborah lost custody of her son?

I believe so. Wouldn't suprise me in the least!

Yes. Indeed it was.

FALL OUT:

McMillon = Johnny Ringo = Function Junction = F. Lee Bailey = Hunter S. Thompson = Michaelangelo & Raphael = HLA Puppet

Sucks to be called out, doesn't it John Boy?

I have a problem with this...it is too easy.  A little fun here and there, but
I could be wrong, I don't think this man would bother with all these
poster children for the pokie..I could be wrong.

He would because he's an arrogant red-neck who has no future beyond HLA.

How can this clown be the Dir. of Counseling when he's not even a licensed counselor in Georgia? Shouldn't he have some sort of legitimate credentials to hold this title?

At HLA? Are you serious? Of course once the license kicks in things will have to change a bit. Sorry John Boy.

These are the type of things that need to be fixed before a license is issued.  The license is contingent upon following the law, not the other way around - get the license and then comply with the law.

As long as HLA refuses to meet minimum licensing standards, no license will be issued.  It's plain and simple.

This positioning by HLA should be viewed as an indicator that no license is forthcoming and that it will be forced to cease and desist childcare based on lack of appropriate licensing.

Ringo,
You're not posting but I'm sure you're reading.
Can you weigh in on the licensing issue?
When will HLA obtain a license from the Office of Regulatory Services?
Where are they at in the process?

Do you know if there is any deadline for HLA meeting the guidelines for licensing? Will HLA have to shut down if they are not licensed?

Assuming they meet the licensing standards and then fail to operate according to its conditions? They would receive a series of fines and then if they still refused (wouldnt that be ironic?) eventually be shut down yes.
