well it seems as though the brainwashers are at it again.
       As i understand from a reliable source pathway has a very low client rate these days and as a result pathway has brought a new con to the table. PFC will now be opening an 8 week iop program for the people just trying to get clean and then refer them to the long term program.
My assumption is that they are doing this for more than just to help kids with thier"addictions".....MO' MONEY MO' MONEY MO'MONEEEY. I'm quite anxious to see what will take place this dandy ole addition to the compound they refer to as pfc. I have as well decided to pursue court proceedings on pathway. Something else i wanted to respond to is the question asked about things staff as well as peerstaff did to clients. im going to paint a picture of one situation if I may picture a client waddling back and forth in front of group quaking and flapping his arms like a duck. while staff and selected clients that were of the  staffs liking would launch balls at him.when he was hit by a ball he would have to yell,"DING" and waddle in the other direction. there were groups run like this where many clients of the group had to do various things like this. Staff called these groups " insecurity breakers" If you ask me they always seemed like insecurity makers. they were messing with my own as well as other clients mental health. You come in to a program where you are stuck for a minimum of a year, they lie and tell you that you cant leave or the cops will get you and return you.think of how mentally stable you are in a position such as that. that time period created the most vulnerable person i had ever seen in myself. its no wonder that you cant have contact whith your parents they brainwash you before you can tell them what its like for real. i just want to put a stop to all this nonsense kids are suffering more mental damage in this place then if they weren't even there. i know i was. if pathway is still running over the summer there is a fundraiser at comerica park for a tigers game called,"summerslam for sobriety" i have every intention of going down there with flyers and telling people what REALLY goes on in this place behind locked doors, no openable windows. one other thing i met with a fellow prisoner/former client. and was reminded of the bruises this kid had on his spine from sitting in those hard plastic chairs daily. thats it for now---smith

ps if anyone is interested in attending this summerslam boycott with me let me know and well come up with something ... :skull:

Yeah Ryan, those groups sucked! Obviously they were for staff's entertainment. Remember the flying pile of shit? They would make clients dress up in garbage bags and run full force into a wall then slide down it like a piece of poop. Did clients refuse? Sure, if they wanted their privaledges taken away for weeks on end. I haven't heard about this IOP program yet, I'm sure most of the clients there will end up in long term PFC sooner or later. EMSR

theres no doubt in my mind that the whole reason that this part was begun because of the fact it will be easier for parents to sentence their children there because the iop thing will look like " such a great program" here we go again......--smith :wave: hey hey jpk

Well let's see, I'm a piece of shit flying at the wall, Dear God, when should anyone ever even consider they are a "piece of shit"!!!! Make sure you guys let ISAC know this. When ever is humiliation treatment, I hope  you assholes at Pathway get shutdown!!!

Sounds like Pathway didn't do a very good job with you guys. This sounds like a lot of wasted brain cells.  :silly: If you didn't like Pathway thats OK. Just get on with your life.  :smile:

Sounds to me like butternationalist is doing an excellent job beginning to think for himself instead of allowing some mind raping cult (like Pathway is) to think for him. Not only is he coming to grips with the truth about you mind rapists, he is even picking up the pieces from it all no thanks to YOU. We all suffer from trauma differently. Those of us that have that is. One thing's for sure, it takes time. Some people longer than others due to circumstances.

I hope for all that you find your own place where once there was only confusion.

Interesting post. Spoken in the third person and addressed to both sides of the argument. so not someone real familiar with the Program?

The 'wasted brain cells' comment is cult lingo for 'you must be on drugs'. Then the dead give away. 'me and my family thought [past tense] the world of you'. So you are a PFC follower after all!

But here's the really silly part. When talking about a kid who once did normal stuff like smoked a joint behind the gym at school or maybe snuck Dad's car out for a joy ride, according to Program mythology, that's a sure sign of a kid with an incurable, progressive and terminal disease that they'll never, ever get over and always have to struggle with. Take that same kid, traumatize him for a year or two, isolate him from everything he's ever known, degrade and abuse him constantly and, when he expresses some discontent over that, well just 'get over it'.

Do you even see how duplistic this is? No, I guess you don't. Which is why we have to resort to radical activities like protests and law suits and PR campaigns to get people to help us stop you. You have no concience of your own to reel you in.

Q. I simply ask, why is PUNISHMENT the solution with regards to the narrow group of behaviors which encompass illegal drug use....?
