Hmm, interesting question. First, I'm not so sure of your premis.
Right now Ryan is the only one posting under his real name. That doesn't mean he's the only one posting at all.
But he certainly is the boldest one to come forward so far. And, as I recall, guys and girls didn't have a whole lot of contact in the Program and probably never hang out much together afterward. So it would stand to reason that, whoever jumps in first, his or her closest friends are more likely than others to join in the fray.
But as to childishness, I'll own up to my fair share of that charge. When I got out, I just took off back home and tried to forget all about it, pretending that it would just go away. Obviously that was a niave thing to try and believe. Had I been more mature and thought the thing through at the time, I probably would have done the adult thing and helped shut the monster down before it morphed into PFC and other manifestations.
