Honestly, i forgot to call.  I remembered to call Friday night and by then it was too late.  I did, however set an alarm on my calender for next Monday so i will not forget again.

The last psychiatrist I saw was by force in a psychiatric hospital and they guy sent me to Provo Canyon School and put me on 12 different medications that caused me to gain weight, hear voices, among other things. I would never go back to one. Ever. .
