Out of the Loop...Lawsuits?
« on: April 20, 2003, 07:26:00 PM »
I remember hearing talk of survivors of abusive programs sueing the state of Florida. Has any actione been taken? Is there a case in progress or at this moment is it still an idea?

No lawyer will touch this.  No one in the legislature will touch this.  There is no chance in hell. They just can't see that there was any problem.  As long as the republicans run the state there is no chance.  Smell Membler was the national repugnican party finance chairman.

Good point...but for the LOVE OF GOD let's not get into the whole "lawyers" thing again...PLEASE!
If someone really wants to make a case & can afford to, they will...no, no, I withdraw the statement...LOL!  - AlexL. (notloggedinoutoflaziness)
