Cornerstone is seeking a dynamic individual to help open and direct a coed adolescent residential treatment school.
The school is located on a beautiful ranch in breathtaking western Montana. The program director will oversee and participate with a multi-disciplinary team to include a clinical director, therapists, educators, medical and residential staff to empower adolescents to reach their full potential.
Qualified candidates must possess a Master's degree or Ph.D in education, psychology, social work, counseling or a related field and be licensed. Must be a highly motivated individual who is knowledgeable and experienced in rehabilitative programming and emotional growth for adolescents ages 13 through 18 years. Attributes including independent judgement, integrity,committment, initiative, flexibility and problem solving are required. Six to eight years experience in a residential setting required with three to five years at a supervisory level.
