They did file their application by the deadline date. I know that much. I just wonder if they close, if current families can get any of their money back? It seems to just be a waiting game at this point.
Yeah, I knew they filed it. Before they did they went scrambling, retroactively checking references and backgrounds on their employees - something that obviously should have been done before they were hired, but I digress...
So, they did try to clean house and get ready for their review. But, in the bigger picture, these are good things. They're being forced to conform to the rules of the road and the kids will only benefit from it.
I haven?t followed much of this thread, read a very few testimonies from kids and have been away for most of the past year but it looks like you did a good thing getting them to file, be happy for that, for the kids. Getting them sued or closed, in my opinion means crap or worse, the kids will go someplace else or they will reopen someplace else (unlicensed).
If you did it for the right reasons, you should feel good, and good for you and my hat off to you?
