State agency said to have mishandled probe of foster camp

:flame:

How much did they bribe the judges?

Quote
Woodside Trails merited just 11 of the 32 standards violations state inspectors found between October 2003 and August 2004, and it immediately corrected four of them, so the department should not have revoked its license.

So a place can walk around with seven standards violations and still remain open? Bullshit.

These fuckheads don't even give up after the place is rightfully shut down.

Regarding the Investigation- this was the investigation that uncovered that Foster Kids in Tx were 5 times more likely to be injured or killed in out-of-home placements. Woodside happened to have a lot of state kids, in addition to private pay

Reopen at Eagle Pines Academy- a Boarding School    exempt from regulation- Does that surprise anyone? NATSAP probably advised them.

Jack,
Is EPA still operating? Last I checked, they weren't listed as a member of NATSAP.

Jesus christ Jack!!  What?  Do you have Fornits flagged for any mention of your name?  Didn't take you long to come over here once Deb posted that thread.
