pay cut anyone?
« on: October 25, 2006, 06:56:05 PM »
i can't believe no one has mentioned this yet...
got a great email to HLA and RCI from the big guy himself...

10% paycut across the board!!

and bang...we get it up the arse again  :o ...great way to keep loyalty!
oh and by the way...all contracts are now in breach so the 10% he thinks he saved he may be paying out in legal fees and contracts...hmmm wonder if that was put to thought when he did this wonderfully moral boosting move...gee maybe you can cut vacation and personal days and minimize the bereavement days for immediate family...oh and then raise the rates for insurance...
wait...already did that

OK. let me give you the details here.

Len sent out emails to all employees informing them that as of November 1 they will be taking a 10% pay cut, due to the publicity generated by a "negative website."

I would submit that it is the fraud, arrogance of power, avarice and generally unethical and inefficient management provided by Dr. Buccellato that have cause HLA to be in jeopardy of closing its doors.  The rampant fraud, misrepresentations, willful disregard for law, wonton neglect of patients and the generally malicious way in which dissenters are handled at HLA are the basic causes of this decline and fall - although publicity surrounding the lawsuit and this site are evidently the precipitant cause.

"What goes around comes around."  This is just the reaping of what you've sown, Len.  Remember always that you created the situation and have had the authority to admit wrongdoing and change course at any time in the past, but you neglected to do that and chose instead to point fingers and to blame and ridicule your own people in order to extract the maximum profit from your venture.  You eschewed moral values and ethical behavior to fill your coffers.  Now you will have to deal with the consequences of your behavior.  If it closes your doors, so be it - it's on you.

That may explain the behavior of "Michael & Raphael" from Dahlonega. In case you missed the excitement.... Late last night this poster went on a spamming spree with a religious message. Bumping up some old threads and pushing all current threads to the second page. Fun. Fun.

The petition for a law suit is seen by our attorneys as a negative instrument aimed at costing HLA a great deal of money. Unfortunately , that is happening. In addition to that our enrollment has dropped because the negative website is scaring potential parents away before they even talk with us. Due to these factors it is necessary for me to reduce all salaries by 10%. This will begin Nov. 1st. I deeply regret the hardship this will cause you but it is essential in order to protect as many jobs as possible. Salaries will be reinstated as soon as enrollment can sustain them

I wonder if Len is taking a paycut as well?

Man, you gotta love the willingness of HLA employees to turn on their boss.  What are you doing to these people up there, shorty?  Whatever it is, keep it up.  Without you hosing your people and creating chaos, we wouldn't have access to all these source documents!

P.S.  Any employees leaving HLA in the near future, please farm as many documents as possible before you split.  The record keeping is so bad they won't know if the docs were never created, lost or SHREDDED in the middle of the night!
