Not only were girls forced to terminate pregnancies in Elan, but TCK made himself the personal abortion doctor in Elan.  He performed many abortions with a anal bacteria infected spear and only charged $5 per procedure, billed at a 600 percent markup to the parents.  Eventually, the kids' parents caught wind of it and tried to have TCK prosecuted, but TCK claimed hi yuh yuh yuh immunity because of his status as IMR chief.  

Rumor has it that since TCK cannot perform abortions anymore, he just shoves a red-hot poker up his ass and calls it a night.
