Considering we've been mentioned in USA Today, I think it's about time we started formally welcoming everyone new to this forum.
Frankly, I think it's laughable that a single verdict for an absent woman (who doesn't have the money anyway- do YOU have $11.3M burning a hole in YOUR pocket? If you do, you and I need to have a private chat..) will finally shed some much-needed light on these hellholes, but whatever brings scrutiny will do.
I'll warn you well in advance: This forum is not a nice place. You'll find all kinds of posts here. Loonies, fictional characters, parodies of real people, Scientologists, humorous trolls, not-so-humorous trolls, and worst of all, "counselors" and "program parents" who will argue to the death that they did the right thing in locking children up away from their families and friends. Ever wanted to read a forum where rapists told their victims that they deserved to be raped? Yes, ladies and gents, they're right here on Fornits!
But under the freakshow there's quite a large number of people working with government and private agencies in order to get these places- all of them, everywhere- closed down, and a startling number of parents who ALMOST sent their kids away, if not for reading Fornits.
Turn your bullshit detectors up to max and enjoy.
