Probably not. WWASPS is too deviously clever to use words like "points and rewards system," "military" and "boot camp" on their web sites. Those phrases are enough to drive all but the most abusive parents away.

We also offer teen boot camps these are tailored to be a bit of shock therapy to help teens  :o  needing some redirection but not needing full therapy for old re-occuring behaviors, trauma, or habits. Or for those needing a trial period of therapy to see if the program will have a positive effect.

Teamwork:
Whether it was a child, a parent, a guardian or the state - someone has approached you, and you have been put in a important position. How do you help a seriously troubled child? Who do you turn to? Tough love solutions?

Professionals are quiding our program, at your request a trained doctor will evaluate your teen. We have found that this often shortens the therapy needed because we can concentrate the group sessions to solve specific problems.

Modification specialists and social workers on staff provide years of experience to help the teen progress toward graduation.

Parenting seminars prepare the home for the eventual reunion with those who have so lovingly requested the help.

A euphemism for people who will kick your ass until you change your attitudes and behaviors. You know, the same kind of people who would dislocate your shoulder right before they put you in O.P. for a few weeks.

Wow, I wasn't aware of the one near Reno! That's pretty close to me ( a couple hours). Interesting, very interesting.
