Sorry Cindy, there's just waaaaay to much stupidity coming from you for me to let it slide until Friday. Answer it now or then, Ill just keep badgering you with until then. If you feel you cannot handle it you are free to leave.

I just couldnt sleep at night if I knew I allowed one single parent to buy into your bullshit. I unlike you really do care about these kids Cindy.

I am having someone verify a report from the west coast,  I am adding the data point in "RED" so that it will not be forgotten.  When we can verify it I will note it in a future response.

July 1, 1999 thru June 2000 [/u]

Outside a TBS: -----There where 1,537 Homicides  and 1,415 suicides (NCES)& (CDC)
Inside a TBS --------There where 0 Homicides and 2 suicides.*
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
July 1, 2000 thru June 2001

Outside a TBS: -----There where 1,466 Homicides and 1,493 suicides (NCES)& (CDC)
Inside a TBS --------There where 0 Homicides and 1 suicide.  (Data set still open)*
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
July 1, 2001 thru June 2002

Outside a TBS: -----There where 1,468 Homicides and 1,400 suicides (NCES)& (CDC)
Inside a TBS --------There where 0 Homicides and 0 suicides.  ( Data set still open)*
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
July 1, 2002 thru June 2003

Outside a TBS: -----There where 1,515 Homicides and 1,331 suicides  (NCES)& (CDC)
Inside a TBS --------There where 0 Homicides and 0 suicides.  ( Data set still open)*
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
July 1, 2003 thru June 2004

Outside a TBS: -----There where 1,437 Homicides and 1,285 suicides (NCES)& (CDC)
Inside a TBS --------There where 0 Homicides and 1 suicides.  ( Data set still open, 72 sources reviewed, mostly emails and news articles)*
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
July 1, 2004 thru June 2005

The data from the NCES is incomplete at this time.  They are reporting an increase in suicide rates (at school) of over 100% from the previous year, but this is still in line with normal fluctuations from year to year and is below the 2002-2003 year levels.

Outside a TBS:   Data not posted as of 2/20/2007
Inside a TBS    Data not posted as of 2/20/2007

Red -- Data Point is has not yet been verified
TBS - Therapeutic Boarding Schools
NCES ? National Center for Education Statistics
CDC -- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
* - Data found here on fornits, internet news articles, posts and PM?s

Who, you're lying.  NONE of the counseling staff at ASR are licensed and they weren't before either.  Just like the teachers are not licensed now, as they were not then.  Just like the academics are unaccredited now, as they were then.

Your posts, two pieces of bread and some mustard will make a nice bologna sandwich.

The more TheWho posts, the more I want to turn my attention to ASR like the unwavering Eye of Sauron on the One Ring.  Maybe I'll clear my schedule to devote myself full-time to closing ASR's doors...

Any volunteers to get down to the nitty gritty???

I actually dont recall the therapists name.  My Daughter called her Anne or Dr.Anna , I think.  She had a private practice and also worked with the kids at ASR.  There were a few therapists there.  She consulted with my daughters therapist at home and recieved servicies while she was at ASR.

So, was she suicidal or homicidal?

If neither, then your estimation of the least restrictive environment is grossly inaccurate.  Not surprising considering you have no education, training or experience in this arena.  But, hey, that won't stop you from stepping up on the soap box now will it?

Another stone wall in the debate/discussion. What, you never spoke to this woman? Or are you intentionally withholding information necessary to check her licensure. I'd check all the ASR staff, but conveniently, they don't list them. How fortunate.

DJ, why don't you make a new thread telling everyone, in excruciating detail, what the nitty gritty actually consists of? I think I've been asking for something like that for some time and can't recall you ever doing that.

Look I don?t remember the name.  See this is why you lose credibility.  You discard information if someone doesn?t answer all you questions.  I can barely remember my daughters therapist she had a home and she worked with her for 3 years.
See this parallels the regulation question, since they are not regulated that means they are hiding something, in your opinion.

If I cant remember someone?s last name it means I am intentionally withholding information or they don?t exist or she doesn?t have a license, in your opinion.  This is why I don?t believe what you conclude.

Sorry DJ, she received therapy when she was at ASR by a licensed therapist.  I am sure someone will come on eventually and confirm this, until then you can live with your conspiracy theories

The things that have been described about ASR aren't any different than the philosophy of WWASP or any of the others out there.  Confrontative, forced therapy, LGAT sessions, levels. And yes, it's all bad.

Damn I can't believe you guys are still going 'round about this.

Youre responding to the wrong person Cindy. Either way people pointing out your failure to provide accurate or complete information doesnt damage our credibility, it damages yours.

Parents get the idea that they cannot expect an honest answer from you, so they simply stop asking you questions. Oh wait, they never really did to begin with.

In any event I asked you the other day if you were a Mormon. It doesnt have any bearing on the discussion I'm just curious.

If you decide not to answer according to you I can safely conclude that you are a child abuser.

Bob -- on Friday I will go back and read and review all your posts, collect your questions and respond.  Until that time I will be skipping over your posts after this and during the week ....it will make it easier and save time for both of us.

This is a result of many peoples requests to calm or quell, as you may, your Trolling
