Who- What are your and your daughter's thoughts on the SUWS wilderness program?  My son felt wilderness was very beneficial (once he got over his anger at being there, which took about 5 weeks....) and that it wasn't at all like Carlbrook, his TBS.  He thought the therapy in wilderness was very individualized and that the staff was excellent.  He did two stints at Second Nature.  There has been some discussion on this forum about wilderness.  Several posters feel wilderness can be beneficial and not harmful or abusive.  Others lump it is with all the other programs which use LGAT techniquees. I would be interested in your experience.

She did very well, I wish I had before and after photos.  When I saw her coming down the trail at the end of her stay, she had a big smile on her face and looked so happy and healthy.  The whole group spent the night in the woods and we sampled a little of what they had to eat (the kids cooked for the parents!)  She started the fire and cooked lentils and rice, with garlic and we talked about her experience most of the night and her next step.  She liked the staff and found it very beneficial, although, she had a tough start.  She wasn?t used to a ton of exercise and walking.

I think you jumped in at the end of the conversation and missed the intent?..

No he didn't, your intent in being on here is try and convince people you're as smart and as great as you like to pretend you are in your day to day life. The problem is though that just like in your day to day life, your self inflated view and idiocy shines right through. Hence why people laugh at you on here just as much as they do when you log off.

.but anyway Niles, you should really consider editing your post before RobertB wakes up, I mean come on? ?5 to 6 figure range being tortured, neglected, held in isolation, and not given therapy if they do need it, and all of them missing out on normal filial bonding and love and normal growth and development because of this industry.? Robert is going to demand that you back this up with photos and names of the children.

Actually this figure seems to be accurate to me, besides I only demand those things from you not just because you pulled your statements directly out of your ass and have nothing to back them up, but it's the same criteria you've demanded of others in the past. Should I post up some comments from you proving as much? Let me know.

Quote
5 figure range is one thing but 6 figure, we are talking about up to a million children, do you know how long it will take to document that many kids?.

Again you show that figures are not your forte

Quote
I referenced a small handful of posters as a population sample,

No you made something up and then had no means of supporting your own statement. You're just too full of yourself and too stupid to understand that.

Quote
I refused to reveal my sources

That's because you don't have any idiot! :D

and he flipped out, the conversation quickly deteriorated and eventually tanked and he had me against the wall accusing me of having a relationship with a woodchuck. It was horrible, Niles.

Flipped out in hysterics I'll grant you, you're nothing but a joke to me. Your shameful acts with small woodland creatures aside for the moment, I'm only employing the same philosphy regarding backing up statements as you. You sick woodchuck raping freak.

Now if you could just back up or retract your earlier statements perhaps that would allow things to move right along.

Quote
Exactly!! So at least we agree the car needs work !! 6 months ago you wouldn?t agree the car needed fixing

Provide the statement from me which suggest this to be true.

Quote
My analogy would, yes, a majority of posters, here on Fornits use to suggest that doing nothing was the best course of action for kids who were in trouble.

Provide numbers and statements proving this to be true.

If you can't do it Cindy, just say so.

When you refuse to reveal your sources what you have to say is nonsense because its unsupported.

A liar could just as well say the same thing you are.

Liar or not, it doesn't matter, its equally as empty.

Learn to debate.

DannyB on the internet:I CALLED A LAWYER TODAY TO SEE IF I COULD SUE YOUR ASSES FOR DOING THIS BUT THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE.

CCMGirl on program restraints: "DON\'T TAZ ME BRO!!!!!"

TheWho on program survivors: "From where I sit I see all the anit-program[sic] people doing all the complaining and crying."

Long story,  I took the name on a year or so ago as a "log in" and am the father of a child who attended SUWS and ASR.  During a frustrating debate RobertBruce started refering to me as "Cindy".  I think it comes from the Grinch....Cindy Lou Who....It makes him feel better, I use to name call in high school and it brought on some satisfaction at the time, but everyone grows out of it eventually.

Most people grow out of making statements they can't back up too but apparently you never did.

In my defense I am still in highschool so I guess I'm okay huh Cindy?
