As I mentioned, Cindy only posts his bs numbers whenever he's at a loss for things to say. He's apparently arrogant enough to think that people actually believe them, so he hides behind them in an attempt to appear like he knows what he's talking about. You can basically take his posting them as a sign that he's on the ropes.
