Good thing its just your opinion. This is Keiths step sister who started the thread. If you didnt witness Keith hitting a girlfriend, or treating women like shit then keep the opinion to yourself because its pure hearsay and we do not need more rumors started. Regardless of what 'direct source' you got your info from, doesn't mean that his family deserves the kind of treatment we have gotten from officials and others in that area. I dont think he killed himself. My reasons are none of your business by the way. But I base it on knowing him, and knowing the shitty job the cops did on the scene. I will not accept suicide when there is no evidence other than people's word. And it is easy to keep a 'secret'---especially if its means a lot of people will get in trouble if its found out. This isnt the first case like this in our country. And sadly, it wont be the last. All my family has ever asked for is the TRUTH. We have been stone walled over and over.
This thread isn't a hoax, and if you were in our shoes, you'd take offense too. The entire point of me posting in the first place was to find out if anyone knew what happened the night Keith died, before he left work. It wasnt started for everyone to debate whether we have the right, the need or the ability to ask WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED. WE HAVE THAT RIGHT WHETHER YOU LIKED KEITH OR NOT, OR WHETHER YOUR 'DIRECT SOURCE' LIKED HIM OR NOT.
Even people that others don't like have family that deserves answers.

If you want a statement considered as fact, present it as a fact from you not from a 'direct source'. If Keith was disrespectful to you or any other female, I am sorry for that. But it has no bearing on the situation at hand, on how he died. I want all pertinate information to Keiths death and the events immediately preceeding his death, not peoples emotions about what kind of person Keith was.
As for only wanting to hear how great of a person he was, I wouldnt be going to a site that deeply hates the place he worked. I have heard plenty of negative comments about him, and if they are presented respectfully i dont have a problem. Please, take a few minutes and put yourself in my position. Seriously consider it-and then go back and read this thread. See where it has started and where it has now ended up.
My comments were for all who visit this thread--its not about if you like him or think he was capable of commiting suicide. If you know anything about what happened that night, please speak up. If all you have is emotions, its not the thread to post it on. Start your own.

to keith's step-sister, I was a good friend of keith's, I would rather not say on here how I knew him, but I will say that i knew him for over a five year period, i watched him go threw tough times, his first marriage, his discharge from the marines, and other personal struggles in his life that i will not make public here.  My problem with the recent article about keith and his families "vow" to prove the truth is the 105 million dollar lawsuit attached to this "truth seeking" mission, having known keith I know that his was not especially close with many members of his family, I want you to know that I think it is disgusting that his family now seeks to profit because of this tragedy.  Where was his family before his death?

If officials refuse to do a proper investigation, the only recourse any family has is to file a civil suit. The dollar amount is most often used to attract the attention of the judge and obtain a result. A lot of people take the same view to law suits, so yours isnt the first time I've heard it. If we get the investigation we want then the civil suit isnt important. It sucks that we had to resort to looking like money hungry jerks, but that's the only recourse available; or we could just lie down and accept it. And you must admit, the amount attracted the most attention, not the way he died. And also note, I am is step sister and the 'step' family is not named on it at all. Only is blood relatives are involved.

Our family has had its share of problems for sure, probably more than Keith even realized. There are a lot of details that are probably unknown to you; and this definately isnt the place to discuss it. He was close to his sibilings and his mom. He and I we not at all. I can honestly say that you probably knew him better than I did. And with that, I am sorry for your loss.

The US Justice Department has opened Keith Wood?s alleged suicide, they are investigating his death as a murder. All defendants in the law suit have been arrested by Federal Marshals.
Some of the evidences is that Keith was shoot three times in the head with two different bullets.

For those who do not understand lawsuits they are for the purpose of  punishing those who have done wrong , weather it be a person or corporate body.

They are also a way of providing information to the community thru the civil process of the lawsuit its self, forcing officials to answer questions under oath  or take the fifth amendment.

Right now both these lawsuits are in default for a total of 135 million dollars, that means they would have to pay the plaintiff for what ever there insurance company  has them insured for. Most officials are insured for about 1.5 million each, the mother of Keith Wood is not going to get 135 million dollars but she is going to get the Truth.

For those who can?t understand this and seem to think this is about money are nuts, this is the best method for those who are not in the official capacity to bring forth there evidences and force public servants (serpents) to adhere to the laws they are to enforce.

This is apart of are do-process  of law, this same do-process of law Keith?s mother did not get from the investigative officials of sanders county , they violated the Montana constitution and the Constitution of the United States. If in fact this lawsuit was not proper it would have been throw out of court a long time ago.

This county is corrupt and has been for a long time but the majority of the people who live here do not have the guts to stand up and do anything about it, but this woman has.

Those people in this county who seem to favorer there officials don?t seem to see what?s really going on  or maybe they are apart of it or just plan ignorant, either way it has gone on too long , there little empire is starting to crumble you would think the citizen would shut for joy but, no all they can do is complain.
