D Generation--"No Way Out" (fucking great rock and roll from a great band that never really made it big.  Cool guys, too.)

Broadzilla--Lady Luck (thanks again, WC)

Neil Diamond--"The Pot Smoker's Song" (fucking hilarious)

Faith No More--"Digging The Grave", "Ugly In The Morning"

Tomahawk--"In Every Dream Home A Heartache" (cover of Roxy Music)

Squirrel Nut Zippers--"Hell"

New Bomb Turks--"Jukebox Lean"

A damn fine record, probably my fave by them, too, but I like Tyranny and Mutation a lot as well. Hmmmm.  We should smoke massive amounts of TBPITW and listen to them both while we get high and debate the relative merits of each.

O.D.'d on Life Itself.. This was one of my favorites from this sure..the riff is reminiscent of Long Cool Woman (by The Hollies) It's got sort of a T. Rex-ish feel to it..

You guys have piqued my interest.  Now I've got Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and Tyranny and Mutation on my 'records to buy at the flea-market' list.

...'ol' on...gotta flip the one I' got on now...
...Billie Holiday - An 8 sided record set, titled 'Aint Nobody's Business If I Do'.  Found it at the downtown Salvation store.  In clean and fine condition, vinyl, I'm sayin'.  Its a rainy day here in PA.  Rained all night too.  Real nice-like.  Still rainin'.  Looks like it's a-gonna rain f'r a-while...I got it playin on my ol' stereo, my 24 year ol'Panasonic stereo/reciever/turntable/tape deck, only it aint the exact same stereo but it's the same make and model from that same year so it is identical to it.  I saw it at that record sellin' flea market in OH and bought it for 10.oo...I had to get a belt for the turntable, which wan't no problem and I hooked up my great aunt Betty's Fischer speakers that she left me...

I'm into side 2 now...or...(was that side 4 ??)

Coffee an' Ganja. ::hatter::

The album art for "Tyrrany" is awesome, but the cover of "Secret Treaties", with the ME-262 emblazoned with
Kronos symbols (the "question mark cross" BOC logo)is my favorite of the two.  I also like the bogus liner notes that talk about secret treaties between the "Plutonian Ambassador" and "Desdanova The Foreign Minister" which culminated in "Astronomy, the Career of EviL".  When I was a kid , I spent hours in libraries looking for Rossignol's "Origins of A World War", unsuccessfully.

The Red and The Black rocks, but "7 Screaming Diz-Busters" is the killer on that one........

I like the line in "Quicklime Girl", "The quicklime girl still plies her trade/reduction of the many from the one".   Damn, those guys could play some rock and roll!
