Nuggets compilation (cool comp of influential garage rock from the 60s; includes "You're Gonna Miss Me" by the 13th Floor Elevators, "Hey Joe" by the Leaves, "Baby Please Don't Go" by the Amboy Dukes (with a '3rd Stone From the Sun' tease from T. Nugent), The Seeds, The Count 5, and other mindblowing shit.  Also listened to some of Children of Nuggets a compilation of a bunch of modern garage bands who were influenced by the earlier ones.   Fucking great, can't get enough of that shit.

BTW, has anyone seen Queen with Paul Rogers (Bad Co.)singing for them?  They're playing near here soon and I was thinking abo8ut going.  Wondering if anybody's seen them on this tour.

If you would have justice in this world, then begin to see that a human being is not a means to some end.  People are not commodities.  When human beings are just to one another government becomes obsolete and real freedom is born; SPIRITUAL ANARCHY.

Woops, sorry, actually it wasn't the "greatest hits" I just wrote that cause I didn't feel like runnin' downstairs to check the actual title.  The real, actual title is "The Best of Van Morrison".  I guess that's the last time I'll make an assumption like that.  I hope it don't hurt my credibility too much!!

I love Van Morrison.  I agree with you.  He is an incredible artist, especially when he's had too much to drink and sings duets with Sinead O'Conner on Late Night.  Never heard "Astral Weeks", what's that ??

Ozzy Osbourne - Speak of the Devil

This is a double live album recorded live at the Ritz in New York 9/26 an' 27/82.  It's all Black Sabbath originals and a super High energy show.  Ozzy talks to the crowd between every song and is obviously havin' a great time.  I love when he yells "Let's have a riot!!!" right between "The Wizard" an' "N.I.B."  His energy is so pure and real.  Long live the Ozzman!!! All glory to Black Sabbath!!!  ::rocker::  ::rocker::  ::rocker::  :nworthy:  :nworthy:  :nworthy:
