Stop asking me for information that you can ask your boss for.

Post the names of the people you have sued and we'll go from there.

I have no clue who the school sue or doesn't sue.  That has nothing to do with my role in the school.  The only time I hear anything about that kind of stuff is on this board.

It seems like you just made this up out of thin air and are now trying to divert the question of how you know that this child has been served papers.

You didn't make this up did you?  Surely you have some evidence or can at least site your source.

The question remains...How do you know this?

Well, I'd suggest that you go find out so you can be a little more honest.  I thought you told the truth about HLA?  Apparently not.

Ginger has already posted the information for Marla (you remember her, right?)  and Overlordd (the one you say made "terrorist threats" but you only used a civil remedy and made no report to the police).  Do you now deny you sued those two?

How about George C. who offered his paperwork on his myspace site.  Are you now denying that you sent that service?

How about the demand letter to Max K?  Similarly in denial about that, too?

Gimme a break, lady.  You know good and goddamn well how your business is operating.  You simply don't tell the truth about any of it.

When more documents are made available to me I will be sure they're posted for your perusal.  In the meantime stop your lame denials quit prevaricating about the facts.  It's annoying.

I have denied nothing about HLA suing people.  I said that I learn about suits from this board not from HLA.  I am not included in that decision making, and the legal business of the school is not announced to everyone.

Again, you are diverting from the question.  How did you learn that this particular student has been served papers?  Or, were just throwing out a random comment to stir things up?  You are big on demanding that questions be answered.  Why don't you do the same and answer a question when it is proposed to you.

Also, I never denied that this young man was served papers.  Maybe he was.  I just want to make sure you are telling the truth and not just causing a stir where there is none.

Again, where did you get your information?

People with whom I talk privately give me information regarding demand letters and lawsuits filed.  The fact of the matter is that your business has been shooting off quite a few demand letters and SLAPP suits.  Do you deny this after at least three have been made publicly available in the past three months?

Why don't you answer some questions?

Why are you suing patients and staff?  How do you feel you can sue people into submission to prevent them from telling their side of the story?  Why do you think this OK to do to some poor kid that you've already screwed up with your shitty program?  What type of Orwellian control freaks are you?

I hope you realize that every time you sue a minor patient you destroy your own reputation.  I'M not doing it.  YOU are.  By your own hand.

I've said many times that I would be satisfied just to see you people telling the truth and moving toward fixing your obvious problems.  Instead of doing that you troll this board relentlessly day and night fishing for information which you then use to file suit.  HOW FUCKED UP IS THAT, HLA Truth?

All of the information is available at your county courthouse where you filed.  Go there, pay the fee, make copies and do whatever you want with them.

Where the information comes from is none of your business.  You've been told where to get it yourself, but you are obviously too lazy to do so.  Why should anyone do the work for you?
