It's fairly obvious that "he" is posting here. I'm not denying that others are and have also but "he" is.   Is "he" willing to own up to what "he" posted?  Is "he" willing to ask that the slander that "he" wrote about Sammie, Mike, Kim, Ginger, Greg etc. be removed?

Again, you are brainwashed. The day after Montel, a bunch of shit went up on Sammie Monroe. Logic states this: Sammie was on the Montel Williams show and spoke at length about child abuse at Straight, Inc. Millions of people saw that show, and probably a good percentage of them googled it and ended up here. HAve you ever seen Jerry Springer? That's the mentality of a good percentage of the US. Any one or several of those millions of people could have posted those lies about Sammie.

Personally if someone posted slander on you would the first thought in your mind be "gee i should call them to have a conversation about this?" No. You have already been abused by someone. You already got tricked into Straight and brainwashed and abused by people there, of course you are afraid of anyone who abuses you some more & the last thing you want to do is talk to someone who has already verbally abused you and will most likely do so again.

If personal slander gets posted on you, should you have to somehow figure out how to get the law on your side to even do anything about it? No. If you are a survivor of a child abuse institution who already had the police collaborate against them in taking children back to straight over and over again you may be paranoid of the police, and rightly so.

I don't deny that "he" wasn't the only one to post shit about Sammie, but "he" was one of the main one's to do so.  It also started before the Montel show.  How about the others that "he" slammed time and again?

Yes, that thought occured to a few of the people being slaughtered by "him".  That's why Ginger, according to what she's posted, warned "him" that "he" may be in for more than "he" wanted.  Looks as if people that "he" was slamming.... repeatedly, got tired of it and a couple of them decided to involve the law.  Ginger, it appears, talked them out of it.

BTW, if this whole row really did start around the time of the first Luke post, I probably was having a party at the time. See, my prodigal daughter had just returned home. We were all about killing the fatted calf for a couple of months, especially leading up to the holy daze. That would have been the first time in around 4 years we would all have been together again for Thanksgiving.

People have to work things out between themselves, or else create some authority which ever after cripples the relationship.  On the street I would say that the 2 parties involved should find a away to work things out; compromise; etc., Don't call the cops!! The problem here is that Ginger has become some kind of a go between(moderator) due to the nature of this medium.  So a 2 person dispute becomes a 3 party problem.  I don't have the answer. I 'm not even sure I've got the question, just an observation.

That's the thing, you can't cross it out. Each site admin has the technical ability to delete or alter any damned thing on their server. But, as anon notes and demonstrates, they can just repost it over and over again w/o even having to physically enter that bathroom stall again.

It might fuck up some people's day, but it also works to advantage. Virgil and Melvin also lack the ability to prevent people from telling tales about things they'd rather not discuss.

Now, I will make an attempt, time permitting of course, to edit or delete material at the request of any author. Notice how Reagan Youth poofed out of existance? That's because he sent me a PM asking me to delete those posts and the user account. I didn't even save a copy for myself, they're just gone.

The difference? I was reasonably sure that the person asking for the stuff to be deleted was the same person who write it. Therefore, they own it. And, while I can't control things like the Google cache or the wayback machine or individuals copying and saving stuff, I will honor, to the best of my ability, anyone's ownership of their own words. It sort of makes it a little closer to fair, as anon posts don't have a password so you can't edit them. It's not fair to ppl who's ISPs use proxies w/o asking them cause I can't verify those. But ppl using proxies for the intended purpose of hiding their ID from me.... well, ok, it's none of my business who you are if you don't want me to know. I mean that, I'm fine w/ it, really.
