I know I would think there would be more old timers then us to tell stories. I think these sites about Elan are great Its about time we are all able to tell our stories to those who really understand what WE ALL went through. Come on lets hear more, Elan cant do anything to you now.

I know alot has changed over the years at the cess pool place called Elan. As a new resident, we had to earn pants and laces, and signs were very popular amongst punishment then. I heard Elan did without having signs, anyone know why?

Well, I escaped in 2003, and just from absorbing the stories on this board, it was a world different from what you remember.

Sign LE's, the Ring, and many other things are now 'out of concept' in elanspeak.
When I was in isolation, I was allowed to get up and stretch, walk around, go to the bathroom and shower with more convenience and privacy than if I had been on the floor. In fact, 'removal from the mainstream' (its not called the corner anymore) was sort of like a vacation. I was able to draw as much as I wanted, provided it was for 'production' for the B.O. Meals came on time (with dessert i think), and corner students would even get snacks before bed. Students were required to get at least 8 hours of sleep i believe, no matter what.
As a shotdown the entire time, I spent most of it 'getting over' - 'contracting out' - and 'acting out' anytime anyone 'pulled me up'. One time I walked into an all female dealing crew with a sock over my cock and only got 'warned of an LE'. Elan has deteriorated, and I can assure you the mindfuck is weakening. There are only two houses left, Elan 3, and Elan 8, the pops of each were down to about 45 when I left. Anything went. As a shotdown I would read, use the sacred black pens to write and draw, and basically tell anyone who tried to stop me to go fuck themselves. I would constantly 'undermine', openly mock the philosophy, and question the staff and strength at every turn.

Sure, GM's, isolation, restraints and the rest of what remained sucked at the time, but I dont look back and get upset or feel much of anything. Elan nowadays is probally not much worse than a boarding school or boot camp or even a drug rehab. It sucks while you're there, but in retrospect, especially after hearing your horror stories, it was nothing. I'm even partially.. what is the word... appreciative? that I was there for how long I was.

Now, don't get me wrong, I hate elan and what it stands for. The only reason it is any better is because their hands are just more tied (sic) after the skakel situation came into the light.
Elan is weak, now is the time to strike. A real legal challenge for their past sins at this point, would generate enough publicity and financial burden to fuck them permenantly. That is how you will defeat them, I wish you all luck.

pink you must have been in 8 right? e3 corner students, and they still call it the corner, never got dessert, or juice, or snacks before bed. As far as I know, the only reason you got away with the shit you supposedly did was b/c the e-8 coordinating staff at that time was ridiculously corrupt. i was in the group when the e-3 strength went down to 8 and smoked the shit out of all your high str. and coordinators. ?our the kid who fuckin ran down the hall with his dick out after kristen right? i remember your 2 house.lol... the pops arent at 45, e3 has about 80 now and 8 has about 70 or so. The last few years elan has been all about if you were lucky enough to be put in elan 3. but, i guess it would be hard to remember that all since you were sitting over at the school house with fuckin that mumbling night guard all day.

no, that wasn't me... chasing the girl. I walked into an all female dealing crew with a sock on my penis,  and got warned of an LE. In our house it was called 'removed from the mainstream'. The reasons I got away had more to with what I could, rather than what the 'coordinating staff' let me get away with. When I left in 03, the pops were ridiculously low... I don't remember any night guard either?
You were a 'high strength' in E3 when I was there?

LOL Once again what the fuck is a two house general meeting? We had 3 house general meeting...How would they decide which two houses went? 3 Houses were so entertaining. As long as I wasn't the one getting them. Elan seven kids got their feelings off like spazmodic retarded seizuring robots. Weirdos.
