Freedom of Information Act
« on: December 07, 2005, 04:07:00 AM »
See, you too can get all the information that Marti and Ray and those other bozos claim to have that they want you to pay a price for. These fuckers are just as scared and little as you are. They don't possess anything more than what you could have if you get just a bit of umption to gather the papers or documents that you need or want.

The Freedom of Information Act is upheld with special statutes in every state. Your prior records including school records, hospital and medical records, and anything else you want is all there; there is noone who has some kind of information, especially no regular civilian, that you too cannot have.

It's bogus of these old fuckers to pretend that they have information you can't get your hands on. They have to go through the same protocol as you do, or pretend that they burgled a building so they could pretend to have something you can't have. Richard NEVER burgled or illegally entered any Straight Incorporated building, I was around the headquarter property in the 80s and 90s. Marti, at most, has some tax records pf Straight Inc. and some other shit. And Wes may have several collected bits of information, court documents and other shit -- but these, too, are all public record for a dollar or more.

So, Ask me about specific papers and I'll see if I can't tell you how to get yer hands on 'em; especially since all this covert pretending keeps happening. Someone owes Richard a fucking thump on his skull though.

Again, hearsay. All of this is hearsay. But I doubt that the Freedom of Information Act will get you things like parent phone lists, old brochures, intake forms and so on. They might have records of prior investigations. Try calling around for any Straight related files, let us know what you find. Seems like mostly people have found nothing in the way of Straight documents unless these documents were kept and found in someone's personal files and then given to Wes or anyone. I heard ISAC got a bunch of stuff from a former staff member.

Until we get an online catalogue of who has what, we really don't know. It is a worthwhile project to do this.

You can't get other people's confidential information through the Freedom of Information Act. You can only get information such as investigations about companies who are licensed by the state. It's meant to be a guarantee that they will send you the information that you are supposed to have access to, I believe. (Of course that doesn't always work either).
