To everyone who posts here at Fornits;

You may find this interesting although it only applies to six individuals.

The people running Fornits have are not yet aware how soon it is that this site is going to be a major focus in a lawsuit.

Be aware that if you are one of the six subpoenaed individuals most you might be losing your jobs and personal time soon. That is unless your employers willing to compromise the general idea of an employee(i.e.-you)missing several consecutive weeks work.

The durration of this time will be spent in a court battle for several various charges. Some on the long list are slander, identity theft, illegal use of personal images, sexual harassment, distributing pornography on an underage web site,distributing pornography without a permit, and inducing personal stess /trauma issues.

Deleting your posts and threads at this point in time will not effect the outcome of the courts ultimate ruling.
The documentation process of Fornits Web Service is now complete, and altering IP adresses and/or applying any type of a blocking program will have nill results.

Each individual who needed to be tracked has been successfully identified through the rigorous process of obtaining over 20 specific warrants and working with the ******** County Sherrifs' Department Computer Data Research and Retainment Program.
* Internet harassment is a growing problem with the use of major communication now relying heavily on personal computers and new technological devices.The ******** County Sherrifs' Department is taking this complaint very seriously. So seriously that in less than one month from today the malicious posters on this site are going to understand just how hefty the reality of these penalies can weigh on a person.
 * This will be the only post regarding the upcoming court case.
Feel free to call my bluff, reply, name call, degrade, do exactly what it is you guys do best. You are simply making a better case for my side and the Organization that has decided to help represent my side on the field.

I think you might have a good idea of who I represent.It is to bad that none of you could have gotten these things out of your systems in groups at Elan, or just had a little bit of fun with it without crossing the line and breaking the law. In addition you display that you have no concern for other fellow human beings feelings and posses absolutely no moderation.

You might think this is some sort of hoax. You may be asking yourselves why I would be posting this if it was the real deal. Honestly... I think you all deserve a month of squirming before the court battle begins. You will all have time to get lawyers and build your cases. But I suggest you hire only the best if you even want a chance of getting out of this one with a penny left in your pocket.

Don't let me forget to mention that there is a high possibility of jail time for those people who have made up stories claiming people have raped or engaged in any other illegal act that did not happen. Especially with a minor.

You people have no idea how much trouble you have gotten yourselves into and there is no backing out now.
 Even if this site gets wiped clean off the Internet, like I said, the Official Legal sealed and stamped documentation process has been completed.

As for the people who have posted any kind of threat to injure someone on this board... the penalty will be more harsh. One more thing; The people who have threatened to kill people, take another's life, are looking at 10-25 years if convicted.

Just because it is the Internet doesn't make it any less real. Be my guest to take this as another hoax. Also be my guest to wait for an official subpoena in the mail with your full name on it. There aren't going to be any anonymous individuals this time.
I personally know each and every one of your names now. That was highly fulfilling for me. But seeing all of your faces in court, and hearing each of your personal apologies will really be the icing on the cake.
 Three to four weeks friends. Sorry but you aren't getting out of this one.

Oh and Grasshopper that letter which I think Elan is behind claims only 6 people got subpeonad *sp? My guess is
1. Mr Pink- Threatning to kill Greg Cruz and injure him
2. Who ever posted pictures of the naked man in the bathtub with his genitals showing
3. Who ever photoshopped the pictures of Marty and degrading his Indian culture and heritage and repeatedly used imaged that were weakly copyrighted on elanalum
4. People who made up stories of rape and claimed that children were raped and if the children were raped then the people are just going to be subpenoad for questioning
5. The people who supposedly caused emotional trauma to others (boo hoo) People can claim that they need therapy from the emotional trauma and abuse that was bestowed upon them here
6. Possibly the people who run the board for not paying attention to the porography and adult conversations,and violent threats on a non pay site. If you take the resposibility to be a moderator and people are threating to kill eachother then the moderator is in charge of reporting illegal acts to the proper authorities and should be aware of all the laws.

The fact is that there are so many message boards all over the internet that get away with it, cuz no one cares to go after them. I re-read that letter so many times, and I came to the conclusion that it is without a doubt legit. I looked up everything they talked about in it and it is all true. They are all arrestable fineable and jail time worthy crimes. I just cant Believe after Elan fucked us in the asses for 2-3 years they are now gonna take some kids who vented on a board to court and put them in jail and steal MORE money from them. The kids that said that stuff probably dont have ANY money to pay the hefty fines that come with internet lawsuits! Elan shocks me. This is blowing my mind. I really dont want Fornits to shut down because I want to know what happens with the lawsuit. Does anyone think this will be a big enough deal to make the news? Do you think it will get Fornits shut down? I usually just read here I never have posted anything.

PS Just to keep my name clear when I said Elan "raped" us for 2-3 years I was being sarcastic. There was no actual sexual acts. it was a figure of peech meaning they were unbearably cruel.

GUYS REMEMBER IF IT IS ELAN THAT TAKES YOU TO COURT ASK TO BRING IN WITNESSES! CLAIM THAT YOU WERE DAMAGED BY THE SCHOOL AND YOU NEEDED A WAY TO VENT BECAUSE THEY DROPPED YOU AFTER # YEARS OF ABUSE AND THATS WHY YOU DID WHAT YOU DID ON FORNITS! I think you can turn this thing around, and make Elan eat their own garbage. Lets start a new thread regarding this please I want to know what people are planning on doing cuz this might really actually be a chance if you do go to court with Marty and Elan to say it all get it out and SHUT THEM DOWN!

They had printed out the pages with my posts on them and had some sort of watermarking on the paper about it being official property of New Hamshire Circuit Court. It said these were for my own person use with my lawyer and gave me an adress and phone mumber to contact if I should lose them. What kind of lawyer is seriously thinking they are gonna get me on these charges? I don't even feel like I need a lawyer! So I decided to come back to see if anyone on this page knew about it or if this page even still existed and it turns out the dickhead is bragging about it. You guys wanna know who write that letter?
