Straight Sarasota closed under investigation of the district attorney- this was brought on by Marti Heath who escaped Straight and ran right to the authorities, I believe. This produced a 600 page criminal investigation report, it resulted in 13 criminal indictments which your staff pled out too.
I believe it was Marti Heath, Ann Crampton that went on 60 Minutes against you and Straight in the 1980's.
During this investigation you created the Straight Foundation to move property and money, this prompted Richard (then a straightling and on staff) to start questioning things and to subsequently realize what was going on and begin trying to stop you.
Straight St. Pete was closed because of Richards efforts (we all know that).
Miller Newton was caught not disclosing property to the bankruptcy court by Marti Heath's research and consultation of a neighbor of Miller's. As far as I know anyway. I believe Richard did show at every meeting and protest Miller Newton and with good reason.
Marti Heath coined the phrase survivor of the American Holocaust. How do I know? Because she has a big Magnetic sign on her car that says it.
I have been at protest against Straight as I know many others have including Marti. Yet, you seem to think that Richard is out there alone, the only one who thinks what you have done is evil. I ASSSURE you he is not alone.
I believe it is a survivor who runs these boards which I see AS COMPLETELY AGAINST STRAIGHT.
I believe it was Mike Sherman that went up against Miller on ALL zoning issues.
I believe that Wes Fager has spent probably thousands of dollars and written hundreds of articles about Straight and exposing them and even publishing evidence of wrongdoing.
I believe it was Marti Heath that reported Straight to the IRS based on tax returns provided by Wes Fager.
I think it was Marti Heath that filed a complaint against your husband in the last three years with the United Nations for Crimes Against Humanity. The United Nations responded with sympathy for survivors and appalled at your husbands actions however, due to the way treaties were signed could not at that moment pursue him but in the future, well you know.
I believe it was Shelby, Chris and Sammie that notified all the dignitaries (for your party in Rome) of your true history.
I believe it was Sammie that went on Montel (National Television)against your little Straight program and told the truth.
I believe that Marti Heath and her survivor friend, also had Miller fired from various jobs, had him placed on the abusive priest website, reported him to the bankruptcy court, help draft the Miller Newton binder that now is part of the public record of Madeira Beach.
I believe, actually I know there were many survivors at the protest in front of your house, I know cause I was there. Yet, you have singled out Richard.
So, what is my point? My point is if all these allegations are sooo false and if all these people are doing all these things that you apparently consider a threat (remember your definition of threat is "descent"). Than why are you focusing on Richard? If those things TRULY frighten you than seems to me you would be focusing on those folks too , ahh but your not, and why not?
Because you know it is all true. Afraid? Yes, you are. You are afraid of us, which is why all those people can protest you so much and you do nothing because you know they are just telling the truth. You and Your husband KNEW (because you were warned in a letter of 1978 by the State of Florida addressed to you) that you were breaking the law, hurting kids and holding them against their will. How evil is that? Who is the evil one here Richard, Marti, Mike, Sammie, I think NOT.
Are you afraid? Oh, I believe you are, but I believe you are afraid of the truth NOT of Richard. You cant even or your unwilling to defend yourself against all these other people who do not agree with you.
Wasn?t it YOU who threatened Richard in that letter where you called him "prey", wasn't it Miller that threatened (but never followed through) to sue Marti Heath. It was your husband who in the 1980?s threatened the HRS case workers to give Straight its license or else be fired.
Seems like you all are the ones that are making threats, funny though they are just that, you always back down.
FYI- Trying to frighten Richard by calling him "prey" or trying to scare ANY of the survivors for that matter won?t work. Why? They lived through your Straight hell; they have already been beaten, abused and starved. Your little threats are just that.
And I just have to say this - So, you can't sleep at night GOOOOOOOOOOOOD. Most survivors or your Straight hell have the same problem as a direct result of PTSD associated with Straight which YOU caused. So, it?s about time you felt a milobit of what they feel all the time. If you TRULY think that these people are WRONG in their accusations than why aren't you doing something about it? There?s only ONE possible answer because you know they are right. The best you could do is try to sue Richard. That?s funny. Then after you sued him you realized what a mistake it was and tried like hell to delay the lawsuit over and over again (according to public record).
