I suspect they are very nervous. Don't like the fact they have been forced into a depo. Betty clearly thinks that she has done no wrong and will probably go down screeming that to the end. But as Ginger said a few post earlier, public opinon agaist the current prez and friends is waining. So that being said, I would think that there are many out there that will seize on the moment with the new found fodder.

That being said, China man and Dobbs, which I think are two different people, can do nothing to stop it.

I think Betty is frightened, very , very frightened and threatened by it all.
Is the trial going to be about whether or not Richard was/is stalking them. and the defense will be about Richard is only interested in the Semblers in the first place because of Straight? Do you think they will be trying to show that Richard is damaged by Straight and this is why he has personal interest in them? So many people have said diffrent things about both parties. How is the Pump trial going to get a class action suit? How or have they really found a way around the Statue of Limitations? Or is this what the trial is also intended for. To prove the Statue needs to be lifted for the victims of Straight and Straight like programs? How do you think the victims will be or will they be contacted?  Do we really think the records are somewhere? What Straight did Richard break into? What did he find or recover? How will any of it be used in court?

I'm trying to find the case that was overturned in Florida last year for Child Abuse.

I know the link above is child sexual abuse.

Any ideas on how you search out Florida cases?

Well, if it was overturned and expunged, I don't know any quick and easy answers. That leaves the old school methods; get to know all you can about the players, insinuate yourself and as questions. If you have money to burn, you can hire a PI. But they're about as respectable and trustworthy as the troubled parent industry. I suppose it depends on how dedicated and clever you are.

What amazes me that with all the evidence that the State Attorney wouldn't pick it up.

Hell even in the Depo the HRS document says right there, Straight was abusive and should be shut down.

Deflection aside, the wife of a high ranking (read: crony) appointed ambassador has testified under oath her fidelity, affection and confidence in a man (and I use that term loosely) who has been judged guilty of extreme sadistic child abuse.

Yes, it's obvious to us who lived it! It's inobvious--damned near inaccessible--to people who have lived their whole lives in a state of general anxiety over the myth of juvenile delinquency.

Read up on Bobby DuPont's masters thesis on generalized anxiety. Then follow his career path. That bastard learned the ropes from the best of the best--WWII acquired research scientists--then put it to the test on us and our parents. I've read about DuPont and agree with.

We were psychologically terrorized.

From the first time I got there til the time I left and now even years later I am still terrorized.

Held with no charges filed. Open ended sentence, no idea how long we will be there. Unable to contact the outside world. Not afforded an attorney. Denied reading the bible. and on and on and on.
