William "Rusty" Rollins was Group Staff Supervisor at Straight, Inc. when I was there.  He was the classic "little man" who got some power, it went to his head.  He ordered and participated in child abuse on a massive scale.  He was married to that disgusting fat cuntbag, Alice Bowen.  Maybe fucking her is punishment enough for his crimes, but I don't think so.  This bastard oversaw the day to day abuses and participated in many of them as well.  He is a criminal child abuser, and should pay for his crimes as well.

We both 7th stepped at about the same time.  I'll never forget 6 months later when he was drilling me after being 7th stepped.

A very Odd and power hungry person.

I drove by his house with someone else from here about 2 years ago in St Pete.  I so wanted to make a scene but the timing was wrong. Maybe someday......

He was a REAL fuckhead at Straight.  Like the tiny little cretin that he is, he delighted in the sheer power over others that he had as a Group Staff Supervisor.  From what I understand, a lot of people in Straight knew and di not like him before being incarcerated there, and he got his revenge when he went on Staff.   He was a fucking prick, the 'little man syndrome' run wild, he was a child abuser on a daily basis.

Cindy Rollins is single, no children and works for the Sheriffs Dept. of Pinellas County.  Actually she may be married by now.  I saw her at the Northeast Publix around 1999.  She still looks pretty good.  I also saw her parents in an Albertson's a few months earlier than that.  Her mom's hair is completely white and her dad retired from Florida Power.

Russ Blankenship comes buy and buys Salmon or Grouper from where I work, but I still just treat him like another customer.  It is very awkward to try and let someone know you remember them from Straight.
