If you would have justice in this world, then begin to see that a human being is not a means to some end.  People are not commodities.  When human beings are just to one another government becomes obsolete and real freedom is born; SPIRITUAL ANARCHY.

Quite amazing.  Useless to describe some of the specifics of my trip, as psychoactives often are.  Geometric visuals, I see where the Hopi got the inspiration for much of their art.  Castaneda gives a pretty accurate account from the window of his perspective on it.  Yours would be different, yet may have some similar qualities.  I would suggest taking it with reverance and a high degree of respect for it, it is powerful medicine.  Not a party drug. Use weed for that, although it has sacrament properties as well, if it is TBPITW.

A few buttons I was told were "medium sized".  It took me what I was told was an unusually long time to come on to it, about two and a half hours.  I would say the effect lasted for 4-6 hours, but this is a guess, as I was in a timeless mind for much of the experience and did not have clocks or watches around where I took it.

yeah, i am real interested.  i have actually been preparin' to eat peyote for a long time.  i respect it, although i suppose it will school me and i will have way more respect for it after i have eaten it.  What was the setting for your experience ??  Did you have a "guide"  ??  Have you done it more than once ??

I took it in the desert in Southern California.  I had someone with me that was experienced with it, but they did not partake of it at that time.  They were not a "guide" in the sense of a Native American peyote ceremony, they just left me alone for the most part, occasionally asking me how I was doing.  I have only used it the one time.

I used Dr. Timothy Leary's adaptation of the Tibetan Book of the Dead, The Psychedelic Experience as the model for my journey.  As far as my insights go, it would be kind of pointless to describe it to you because much of the trip pertained to my personal life and experiences, it would be kind of nonsensical if I described the specifics, but in general terms, it was a sense of communion with the universe and a oneness with everything, the "washing out of the dry husks of the ego", the ability to transcend cultural/social programming and SEE. Psychedelics are the key to awakening one to the bigger picture that we are a part of.

Yes they did, but not as bad as I thought they would.  I had braced myself for much worse.
