Oh, they're not as unrelated as you let on, now are they?  You could at least use a different computer or renew your IP address...Then again, you admit you're not "technically savvy."

Besides, even if you knew how renew your IP address, the little "bug" you have in your machine relays that information, too.  In your vigilance you didn't notice the little flash of a self-installer, did you?

Ever heard of a Trojan (and I don't mean the condoms that you should have used before becoming a parent)?  Next time you should learn to configure your firewall properly and stealth your gaping ports...

You've been here before and gone down this road before.  You're the same dope who pretends to be a graduate student in psychology (what a joke!), threatens people with lawsuits, wants to open your own "school," sent your son to CEDU, and, in general, acts like a total bitch while bashing others.

I'll be sure to pass on your information to the other folks you've bashed and they can do with it as they see fit.

Welcome back, Jack!  Have an enjoyable day!

Why on earth would you wish I was speechless?

A wanna be lawyer would be someone WITHOUT legal training. hmmmmm

How do you define a wanna be lawyer?

For now, yes.  But her compulsion DEMANDS that she continue to post.  She's into "one-upsmanship" as if it were a religion.

See, the thing about hurtful, cruel, conscienceless, unaccountable, anonymous people is that their "balls" shrink when they get exposed.

They'll do and say anything in their smug arrogance and assuredness that they're so sharp they can't be caught (like serial killers who taunt the police).  There's a psychopathic quality to these types.  Well, our troll, Ottawa5, is about as sharp as a marble, and she's been busted.

Unfortunately, the only thing these types feel sorry about is getting caught.  She has no remorse for her despicable ad hominem attacks on people who have been physically and psychologically abused at programs she blindly supports, including CEDU/RMA where she sent her son and which has been forced to close due to the lawsuits and prosecution of their staff.

Like I said, people will say and do almost any abhorrent thing as long as they feel they can't be identified.  It's actually very sad and disturbing, especially in light of the fact that a conscienceless, amoral, supremely arrogant and vain fool like her is trying to open a "program."  God help the children if she succeeds...

I'm just glad to know that I'm not the only one out there who is still on a dialup connection.

This is one of Ottawa5's posts from another site.  See how she rails against "anaon posters" and people from Fornits?  Isn't it a bit funny that she does EXACTLY what she complains about?

If so, thank you Alex. I am the mother of a successful RMA grad and I am interested in a place to be in touch with the experiences of other parents (and kids) who have been in a CEDU school--- for reasons of research and technical understanding.

It seems like people are more real, as well as more decent and respectful, if they have to attach some kind of identifier to their posts. Maybe it's sad that it has to be that way, but that seems to be how it is.

Not that a name guarantees sane or decent behavior. Look for example at the Fornit's site to see some really sad behavior, with and without identifiers.

Earlier in the year, I found the Fornit's site and tried to understand the experiences of students who felt that they did not benefit from CEDU. I really wanted to comprehend why this was so---my initial thinking was that perhaps these reactions were based on isolated experiences with bad counsellors in one school or another.

Eventually, it was my conclusion that the people who responded with vehemently anti-CEDU remarks (in some cases, even with death threats directed toward me or my family), likely had "issues" that were beyond what any non-lock-down program could deal with. Of course this is useful information to have, but probably does not address any detriments or strengths that the more typical student might identify in the CEDU experience.

I would really like to hear about how CEDU (that is, the specific schools) was for anyone who reads this. I am interested in critical, as well as positive posts--omitting threats, abuse, etc. (el a Fornits') would be greatly appreciated. And facilitated by Alex's excellent plan to eliminate anons."

What a hypocritical loser.  Nobody can believe or give credence to single word that comes out of this phoney's mouth (or keyboard, as it were).

Topic: RMA closing hurts but it doesn't have to be the end

"I've got to say that at first I was pretty torn up to hear that Rocky Mountain Academy closed. My child graduated from there in 1999 and it was life-changing permanent experience for our family.

I was in Mel Wassserman's last advanced work-shop---he had just sold CEDU to Brown Schools and was about to go into retirement (if anyone reading was in that last workshop on Bottle Bay Road---email me).

I remember a moment in the workshop when Mel was asked something or other about the direction that CEDU would take.

His rather brisk answer (and remember, Mel could be a bit cranky by nature) showed that he was somewhat suspicious of change for change's sake-- what he called "program masters" coming in and reinventing things just to get their own name out there. But he also addressed the fact that change is always going on and that the important thing, with CEDU or anything else) is to guard the essential truths, the core beliefs, in the midst of change.

I'm sorry for the kids and families that got caught in the middle of the closing---I'd be mad too. Maybe company management bungled the decline and closing, I don't know.

But what I do know is that everyone who really believes in the things that we learned, as parents or as kids in CEDU (at least as it was when our family were connected to it)---if we really believe, then it's up to us to keep that knowledge alive---and that can be done by simply living as a complete loving person with integrety and connected to others, or by actively being involved in a field of endeavor that allows for the actual use of what was learned there.

I think that, at first, I was sad because I was overly connected to the physical place of RMA---now I'm trying to focus on the ideals---that's really what matters, what changed our family, what currently fuels the career change that I made after those workshops---it's sad, like a death even, but it's not the end.

I'll still finish my training and I'll work with kids in trouble, and I'll apply what I learned from our experiences with the school and with Mel and Bill and others--whether or not a school specifically called Rocky Mountain Academy is in operation.

If we keep that focus---which I think was Mel was talking about--- we can build in ways, a variety of ways, that improve even what RMA was at its peak---and the memories of what it was then, can be the energy that will keep us motivated and energized to do as much or even more in the future."

Awwww, ain't that touching, Ottawa5...  Boy, you musta drank a few gallons of the Kool-Aid!

A "complete loving person" with "itegrety"?  Shit, you don't have "integrety" or integrity.  Where are your "ideals" when you post your hateful garbage?

"If we only believe enough..."  Yeah whatever, lady.  Your beliefs and $1.50 will get you on the A Train.

You, as a person, simply don't stack up against what you'd like for others to believe about you.  You're so full of shit it's not even funny.  How does it feel knowing that everyone else knows you're a complete and total fraud?
